Cities, route and duration are set around your request.

    2. Selection

      We select the exhibition, manufacturers and showrooms for your category and schedule meetings in advance.

    3. Programme and quote

      Before the trip we agree the programme, the route and the service fee with you.

  2. In China

    1. The trip

      Factories, showrooms and fairs as agreed; an interpreter and escort in Russian or English, transfers within China.

  3. After the trip

    1. Follow-up

      We help with samples and documented follow-up points. Purchasing after the trip is your decision.

How much does a business tour cost?

The fee is calculated individually; there is no public price list. The programme and the service fee are discussed and agreed before the trip. The fee depends on the route and cities, duration, number of participants, and the number of factories, meetings and fairs.

What is paid separately?

Flights, accommodation, insurance, visa, fair tickets and samples are paid by you separately — they are not part of our service fee.

Do you help with the visa?

Yes, we can help with visa paperwork. The decision to issue a visa is made by the consulate.

Which language is the escort in?

The interpreter and escort work in Russian or English.

Which cities, and how long is the trip?

Cities, route and duration are set around your request: your product, goal and preferred dates.

Can I travel without a trade fair?

Yes. The “Factories and manufacturers” and “Showrooms and samples” formats are built around manufacturers and samples rather than a fair.

How do I choose a fair and dates?

The calendar only shows dates checked against the organisers’ schedules, and we reconfirm them before planning the trip. If no fair fits, describe your product and preferred timing — we will suggest a fair or a route around manufacturers.

Do I have to purchase through China Bridge after the trip?

No, purchasing after the trip is up to you. If you decide to purchase, the China Bridge team in China can verify manufacturers, coordinate production and inspect the batch before shipment.

What happens after I send a request?

We reply within 24 hours, with no obligation. We clarify the request, select manufacturers and agree the programme, route and fee with you. A preliminary programme is not a final commercial offer.
